Job Summary
Our client, a leading Financial provider, is seeking a Marketing Professional to join their team. The Client Growth and Retention department is part of Foundational Business and is responsible for accelerating enterprise growth through initiatives focused on customer acquisition, client engagement, and retention. This team is seeking experienced consulting professionals to support a portfolio of high-priority strategic initiatives. These resources will work directly with senior leadership to develop growth strategies, evaluate new market opportunities, and support the design of commercial and go-to-market approaches that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strategy consulting background with experience in supporting growth-focused initiatives, including customer acquisition, commercialization, market expansion, and go-to-market strategy development.
Contract Details
• Contract type and duration: 6 month contract with potential of extension
• Work location: Hybrid in New York City; Tuesday – Thursday onsite
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.
Core Responsibilities
• Support the development of growth strategies designed to drive customer acquisition, increase client engagement, and improve retention outcomes
• Analyze client, market, and business performance data to develop strategic recommendations that address commercial and financial feasibility
• Develop executive-level presentations, analyses, and materials for senior leadership decision-making
• Support project execution by helping define roadmaps, milestones, and key deliverables across multiple workstreams
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, growth strategy, business development, or a related field
• Strong understanding of front-end business functions, including marketing, customer growth, and commercial strategy development
• Financial services experience is required; insurance industry experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Compensation & Benefits
• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $44.00 and $63.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
