This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract , and can be based in Sydney or Brisbane, Australia.
What you’ll be doing?
Process Discovery & Mapping
Capture and document end-to-end marketing processes across campaigns, events, content, digital, and partner activity.
Identify how systems, data, teams and workflows connect across the organisation.
Map cross-functional flows between Marketing and Sales, Channel, Finance, Operations and more.
Use structured methodologies to create clear, scalable process documentation.
Build a centralised process registry to ensure ownership and long-term sustainability.
Change Management:
Lead structured change initiatives that improve how Marketing operates.
Assess readiness, identify risks and define success measures.
Design communications and training that drive adoption and embed new ways of working.
Align stakeholders and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
Project Delivery:
Translate requirements into clear project plans and deliver against priorities.
Partner with global teams to leverage tools, frameworks and shared expertise.
Keep stakeholders informed and engaged through regular updates and insights.
Continuous Development:
Take ownership of your growth through learning, coaching and real-world challenges.
Contribute to building best practices and elevating capability across the region.
What you bring?
Proven capability in process mapping, business analysis, or operational improvement.
Strong understanding of marketing workflows across campaigns, digital, content, events, and partner ecosystems.
Hands-on experience creating structured process documentation using recognised frameworks.
Familiarity with marketing and business systems, and how they interact across workflows.
Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, run workshops, and translate discussions into clear outputs.
Experience assessing impact, identifying risks, and supporting change initiatives.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance, measurement and optimisation.
