Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert prospective clients into customers within the assigned territory.
Meet potential clients to understand their property requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Manage the complete sales process from initial inquiry to successful closure.
Follow up with company-generated leads and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate and schedule site visits for clients across assigned projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and timely project updates.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups and sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Eligibility:

Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
6 months to 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Field Sales or a related sales role
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Candidates must have a reliable commute to Delhi or be willing to relocate before joining
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
