Job Description
EG Payment is looking for a result-oriented and growth-driven Marketing Manager – Performance & Growth to lead customer acquisition and performance marketing initiatives.
We are specifically looking for candidates with prior experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services industries who understand digital growth strategies and performance-driven marketing.

• Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Performance Marketing & ROI Optimization
• Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
• HubSpot & CRM Automation
• SEO & SMO
• Consumer Journey Mapping
• Google Analytics & GTM
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns
• Drive customer acquisition and lead generation
• Improve campaign ROI and conversion rates
• Build and optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys
• Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs
• Coordinate with sales and business development teams
• Work closely with creative and leadership teams on growth strategies
• Manage branding and digital marketing initiatives
• Identify new growth and partnership opportunities
🔹 Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
✔ 3–5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
✔ Prior FinTech or Financial Services experience preferred
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
✔ Hands-on experience with paid campaigns and automation tools
✔ Self-driven mindset with ownership and execution capability
