Job Description
• Develop and implement the company's Annual Marketing Plan aligned with business objectives.
• Define quarterly and monthly marketing activities and budgets.
• Track marketing effectiveness and submit periodic performance reports.
• Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
• Manage and enhance the company's digital presence across all platforms.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns through LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Coordinate website updates, SEO initiatives, and content development.
• Monitor and improve online engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
2A. Offline Marketing
• Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives to promote company products and services.
• Coordinate customer meets, technical seminars, roadshows, dealer interactions, and local promotional campaigns.
• Develop and distribute offline promotional materials to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
• Support sales teams through regional marketing activities and market awareness
3. LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Lead Generation
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with key decision-makers.
• Build targeted databases of architects, consultants, EPC contractors, builders, developers, and industrial clients.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
• Track and nurture prospects through digital engagement.
4. Networking & Relationship Building
• Develop strong professional relationships across the construction and MEP ecosystem.
• Expand the company's network among:
• Architects
• MEP Consultants
• PMC Consultants
• Builders & Developers
• EPC Contractors
• Facility Management Companies
• Industrial Clients
• Create opportunities for business collaborations and strategic partnerships.
Consultant & Architect Engagement
• Build and maintain regular engagement with leading architectural and MEP consulting firms.
• Arrange technical presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and product awareness meetings.
• Promote company products and solutions among design consultants for project specifications.
6. Industry Associations & Professional Memberships
• Facilitate company participation and registration with industry forums such as:
• BNI (Business Network International)
• ASHRAE
• ISHRAE
• CREDAI
• IEI
• her relevant industry associations
• Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings.
• Identify and evaluate additional networking platforms that can enhance market reach.
7. Exhibitions & Events Management
• Plan and coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and conferences.
• Manage exhibition branding, stall design, promotional materials, and visitor engagement.
• Track leads generated through exhibitions and ensure follow-up actions.
8. Branding & Corporate Communication
• Strengthen and maintain a consistent corporate brand image.
• Develop marketing materials including:

8A. Public Relations (PR)
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with industry media, trade publications, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate press releases, media coverage, and corporate announcements related to company achievements, product launches, and project milestones.
• Enhance the company's reputation and credibility through strategic public relations initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for industry recognition, awards, and thought leadership publications.
9. Organizational Visibility Enhancement
• Develop initiatives to increase the visibility and recognition our company in the market.
• Improve brand recall among consultants, contractors, and project owners.
• Drive thought leadership through social media, technical articles, industry events, and networking activities.
• Promote company achievements, project milestones, and innovative solutions.
Education
• MBA (Marketing) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience
• 5–10 years of experience in marketing, branding, business networking, or business development.
• Experience in construction, MEP, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, or building products industry preferred.
