Job Description: Marketing Manager – Bulk Packaging
Company: Time Technoplast Ltd
Location: Mumbai – Sakinaka
Department: Sales & Marketing
CTC Range: ₹8.00 LPA – ₹11.00 LPA
Experience Required: 6+ Years

Role Overview
The Marketing Manager – Bulk Packaging will be responsible for driving B2B marketing and sales initiatives, developing strategic marketing plans, and strengthening customer relationships. The role requires a strong understanding of pricing, supply chain processes, and end-to-end order management to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B marketing and sales activities for bulk packaging products
Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives
Manage and maintain MIS reports for tracking performance and decision-making
Demonstrate strong understanding of commercial product pricing and costing
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
Conduct regular visits to new and existing customers to generate and expand business
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order-to-delivery supply chain processes

Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Proven expertise in customer relationship management (CRM)
Ability to manage teams and cross-functional coordination
Good understanding of marketing excellence and execution
Behavioral Competencies
Self-motivated with high energy levels
Strong people management and professionalism
Ability to understand and adapt to organizational structures
Willingness to travel extensively
