Key Responsibilities
Client Calls & Strategy Delivery:
- Run an initial discovery call with new clients to understand their business and walk them through how Amp’d works.
- Lead a strategy kick-off call to present the strategy deck built around the client’s specific goals and priorities.
- Conduct a review call at the end of each cycle to assess how the strategy performed and surface what’s next.
Strategy Deck Build:
- Build a personalized strategy deck for each new client ahead of the kick-off call, using profile data, competitor research, and channel performance inputs.
- Use AI-assisted drafting tools (Claude) to accelerate deck creation, with full human review and editing before delivery.
- Refresh strategy decks for active clients using updated channel data and performance actuals.
Account & Execution Management:
- Monitor the client onboarding dashboard and proactively follow up on stalled steps.
- Coordinate with the services team to ensure they understand and act on each client’s strategy.
- Complete a structured debrief form after every client interaction to inform playbook generation.
Experience & Skills:
- A versatile part-time commitment, generally 10-14 hours per week, with some natural variation as new clients come on board.
- Availability during US business hours for pre-scheduled client calls (8pm - 12 am IST).
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with direct client-facing responsibility.
- Agency experience serving SMB or local business clients.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting basic channel performance data: Meta cost per lead, Google Business Profile signals, social reach, basic SEO indicators.
- Confident, clear communication on video calls with US-based small business owners.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of your workflow.
- A process-oriented approach - you’ll be working within an established strategy framework built to scale across clients.
- Room to grow - this contract has a real path to expanded hours or full-time engagement as our client base scales.
