What You'll Do
• Own and execute our marketing strategy across brand, product, events, and content
• Craft compelling narratives that resonate with brokers, carriers, and HR leaders
• Partner with leadership on conference strategy, booth messaging, and collateral
• Manage LinkedIn presence (company + exec brand building), newsletter, and blog
• Develop and launch campaigns (email, social, retargeting, etc.) for demand generation
• Create customer case studies, sales enablement decks, and thought leadership
• Track performance metrics to continuously refine messaging and channels
• Collaborate with product and client teams to spotlight customer value
You Might Be a Fit If You
• Have 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or insurtech/healthtech marketing
• Are a clear, persuasive storyteller with a builder's mindset
• Are excited to scale a zero-to-one GTM motion—without waiting on big budgets
• Know how to make a small team feel like a big brand through smart execution
• Have experience working closely with founders and sales teams
• Can manage freelancers, creatives, and vendors as needed
• Are scrappy, organized, and thrive in fast-moving environments
