LearnFormula is like a "Netflix" for Professional Development for those looking to upgrade their skills using online courses. We sell courses to Accountants, Lawyers, HR professionals, Professional Engineers and others who require continuing education each year to maintain their license. We put people at the center of everything we do, both our customers and our employees.
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support a range of projects that help us manage and promote learning content, support ongoing marketing campaigns, and organize internal resources. You'll work closely with a small team and gain experience across marketing, communications, and project support.
Key Responsibilities
Support coordination and organization of digital learning content
Conduct basic research to inform marketing and program initiatives
Assist in drafting and editing blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content
Help maintain internal spreadsheets and resource trackers using Microsoft Excel
Participate in team meetings, and contribute to task planning and documentation
Assist with general project coordination and outreach activities as needed
We’re looking for candidates who are:
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong communicators (written and verbal)
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Independent, reliable, and eager to learn new skills
Interested in content creation, marketing coordination, or digital learning
Eligibility Requirements:
This position is funded in part by a federal wage subsidy program. To be eligible, students must:
Be enrolled at a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution
Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person
Be legally entitled to work in Canada
Be participating in a work-integrated learning opportunity (e.g., co-op, internship, practicum) supported by their school
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
