Do you live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and maybe even still use Facebook to stay connected?

Can you talk to anyone, make things fun, and bring good vibes?

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who’s energetic, creative, and obsessed with content — someone who wants real-world experience in live streaming, digital marketing, and growing a brand.

You’ll be joining the team behind Archers Arena, a 10,000 sq ft playground of archery tag, Nerf battles, bubble soccer, and foam weapon combat — and you’ll help us show the world how fun and crazy it gets here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Go live and create behind-the-scenes content from events, parties, and wild game days

Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Capture funny moments and authentic interactions to boost online engagement

Be a hype person — comment, like, reply, and engage with our online community

Support marketing campaigns, creator partnerships, and contests

Brainstorm and execute viral content ideas that actually hit

What We’re Looking For:

You’re Gen Z (or think like one)

You know how to edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or InShot, etc

You understand TikTok trends, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts inside-out

You're a natural on camera and comfortable livestreaming

You’re outgoing, easy to talk to, and not afraid to speak to strangers on camera

You want to build your portfolio or personal brand but need the experience

You can work remotely or join us in-person at our Toronto location
