Some marketing jobs are about managing campaigns. This one is about building a school that people will remember for decades.
Anandi is a new-age IB school built around one belief: children learn best by doing. We're creating a different kind of school experience, and we're looking for someone who wants to help build the brand from the ground up.

What you'll do
No two days will look the same. Depending on the week, you might be planning an event, working on a campaign, coordinating with vendors, reviewing creative, or helping launch something entirely new.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Creating and executing marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels
Planning, coordinating and executing school events, workshops and community experiences
Working closely with our visual designer to bring campaigns, brochures, presentations, signage and other brand assets to life
Managing external agencies, printers, production vendors, photographers, videographers and freelancers
Coordinating social media content, photoshoots and campaign execution
Supporting admissions marketing initiatives and parent communication
Ensuring every brand touchpoint reflects Anandi's premium identity
Owning timelines and making sure projects get shipped, not just planned
Jumping into whatever the business needs next
We're looking for someone who:
Has 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing
Is excited by startup environments and enjoys building things from scratch
Can think strategically but is equally comfortable executing independently
Has experience across digital marketing, content, events and brand
Is highly organised and can manage multiple projects at the same time
Is proactive, resourceful and doesn't wait to be told what to do
Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Notices the small details that elevate a brand
