About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Expert to join our team as a Marketing Expert for Localized Campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing campaigns to educate, engage, and convert customers. You will work closely with the Retail Operations Business Development teams to align marketing efforts with store expansion plans and track campaign performance metrics to refine strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute hyperlocal marketing strategies to drive footfall at BOHECO's Exclusive Branded Outlets
- Plan and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and in-store channels
- Work closely with the Retail Operations Business Development teams to align marketing efforts with store expansion plans

Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving footfall through targeted marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and retail analytics
- Expertise in Google Ads, social media marketing, PR, and event activations
