Marketing Executive

1. Organize and oversee communication campaigns (social media, poster, LinkedIn etc.), exhibitions and promotional events- ( Digital Marketing)
2. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
3. Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
4. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
5. Great work ethic and should be able to work in a startup environment
6. Support sales team on lead generation
7. Promoting the organization and products
8. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
+. Identify emerging markets and market shifts and inform management about new products and competition status

Requirement and Skills:

1. Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
2. Good Knowledge of market research techniques
3. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
4. Familiarity with social media and web analytics
5. Excellent communication and people skills
6. Ability to build relationships with decision makers in large corporate through cold calling.
7. Prior experience of working with FMCG ,Pesticide , Automobile Sectors added advantage
