Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for developing effective marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and external agencies for marketing activities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Support lead generation activities and collaborate with the sales team.
• Maintain and update the company website and digital marketing assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
