Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in planning and executing offline and online marketing campaigns.
Create cool content for socials, emails, promos, and blogs.
Dig into trends, competitors, and what the audience is really into.
Push event promotions through campus tie-ups, collabs, and local promotions.
Try out and execute BTL (Below The Line) ideas that actually grab attention.
Work closely with content, social, and design teams to keep everything aligned.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Explore offline opportunities like ads in newspapers, posters, and stalls.
Help build client pitches, sponsorship decks, and event brochures.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & REQUIRED SKILLS
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Business Management.
6 months of experience in Marketing field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of basic marketing principles and consumer behavior.
Creative thinker with strong organizational and research abilities.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Excel, PowerPoint or any content creation tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Should be proactive, enthusiastic, and a team player.
