Experience Required: 2–3 years in marketing or business development, preferably with consultancy experience
About Us:
At Paperlink Softwares Pvt. Ltd., we specialize in delivering innovative software solutions tailored to various industries. We’re now looking to strengthen our business development efforts by hiring a dynamic Marketing Executive who can bring in new clients, especially from a consulting or solution-selling background.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Promote software products and IT services to business clients (SMEs, corporates, consultants, agencies).
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to generate business leads.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions.
Plan and execute lead generation and marketing campaigns in the local region.
Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
Maintain client database and prepare weekly marketing reports.
Candidate Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, or business development, preferably from a consultancy, IT solutions, or B2B services background.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand software solutions and pitch them effectively to clients.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales/marketing targets.
Good local network and familiarity with the Kolkata market.
Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in a consulting firm or IT/Software company.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and basic digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
