Job Description
You will help translate strategy into locally relevant action, partnering with leaders, stakeholders, and marketing and communications colleagues to deliver initiatives that strengthen WSP’s position in the market. Translate global and regional marketing strategies into locally relevant initiatives for the Canadian market. Shape and deliver marketing initiatives to support regional growth areas as well as work winning strategies.
Regularly report on the performance and ROI of marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing and Communications colleagues globally and in corporate services. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration ~8+ years of specialization shaping and deploying B2B or services marketing strategies. ~ Strong interpersonal skills and significant experience working with senior leadership teams and other key stakeholders. ~ Strong experience engaging clients through the full marketing mix. ~ Excellent knowledge of marketing and communication technologies and tools, including AI. ~ Experience in a global engineering consulting or similar environment is an asset. ~ Ability to work autonomously and lead projects with minimal supervision. ~ Excellent project management skills and business acumen, with the ability to manage competing priorities. ~ Experience collaborating with global teams and senior leaders. ~ Creative and innovative thinking, with responsiveness to marketing industry changes and the ability to adapt to evolving channels, tactics, and opportunities. ~ We exist to shape communities to advance humanity.

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $84,700 - 112,400 The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
