Marketing Delivery Assoc Email Channel Strategy
Job Description
You will be responsible for interfacing with Control Managers, Compliance, Product (workflow infrastructure/development), and other teams as necessary to centralize all procedures and processes for the Email Channel Strategy team.
In addition, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline workflow, processes, and procedures to deliver efficiency and time savings. You will assist in gathering data to develop operational reports to determine how well the Email Channel Strategy processes are working and where there is opportunity. You will also ensure that we are maintaining an always audit ready environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Own all processes and procedures for Email Channel Strategy team, working with subject matter experts to ensure all documentation is maintained and kept up to date, supporting an always audit ready environment.
Develop new workflows, in partnership with Product team, for email optimization processes. Document all processes and procedures and train stakeholders.
Support all controls and compliance related requests for the Email Channel Strategy team. This includes annual assessments, process and procedure updates, control evaluations, and additional related tasks as necessary.
Support development of operational reports to determine if Email Channel Strategy workflow, processes and procedures are effective and efficient. Recommend corrective actions as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skill s :
Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in a business or quantitative discipline required
Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently and multi-task with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated proficiency of project management, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
PC expertise, including fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Visio. Workfront experience, preferrable.
Strong ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
