About Role
As we expand our SaaS offerings in the hiring ecosystem, we’re looking for a Founder’s Office Associate/Lead—a multi-disciplinary problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to help build something from 0 to 1 (and then 1 to 100).
Now, we’re looking to hire Marketing & Brand Disruptor into our Founder's Office who can bring an entirely fresh, fearless, and creative approach to how we market, engage, and grow.
This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t like to stay within the lines. If you’ve ever been told that your ideas are “too much” or “too different”—we want to hear from you.
Who Should Apply
We’re seeking individuals who are:
• Exceptionally creative with a strategic mindset
• Curious about startups, brand building, and digital culture
• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid execution, and self-led initiatives
• Passionate about storytelling, content, community, and growth
• Looking to work closely with founders and have a front-row seat in shaping brand voice and outreach
Eligibility
We are open to professionals, early-career creatives, and students currently pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate programs , specifically:
• 2nd or 3rd-year students from :
• IITs, NITs, IIITs, IIMs , and other premier engineering and business institutions
• Reputed colleges offering programs in Humanities, Arts, Design, or Media
If you’re an undergrad with a standout creative instinct and an appetite to do real work that gets noticed—we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
• Working directly with the founders to conceptualize and launch creative marketing initiatives
• Developing unique content, campaigns, and brand moments across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and beyond
• Supporting employer branding, community engagement, and growth campaigns
• Crafting stories, visuals, and ideas that build both attention and trust
• Experimenting with non-traditional formats and media to reach new audiences
• Helping Recrivio stand out in both the staffing and SaaS landscapes
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is
• Intensely creative and confident in pushing boundaries
• Self-motivated and excited to own projects end-to-end
• Curious about consumer behavior, digital trends, and storytelling
• Experienced (or eager) in using design, writing, or content tools
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Eager to learn fast, fail fast, and build boldly
Preferred (But Not Mandatory)
• Experience in running a personal blog, newsletter, community, meme page, or any side hustle
• Past internships or freelance projects in branding, marketing, content, or PR
• Awareness of trends across hiring, startups, and digital marketing
• Basic skills in tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe, or AI content platforms
