Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, graphic design, and analytics tools, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends. Responsibilities
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns for Chhabra Electronics to promote a range of home appliances including air conditioners, refrigerators, coolers, microwaves, and washing machines to increase brand awareness in both English and local language.
Manage day-to-day promotion of showroom offers and seasonal campaigns (festivals, clearance sales, and special discounts) to attract local customers and increase footfall and inquiries.
Create and handle the business’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile) by creating and posting regular content such as product highlights, promotional offers, reels, and customer-focused updates.
Support and run online advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google, including setting up basic targeting, monitoring performance, and optimizing ads based on results.
Work closely with business owner to gather updated product details, pricing, availability, and promotional offers for accurate marketing communication.
Track customer response and campaign performance using digital analytics (reach, engagement, clicks, and inquiries) and prepare reports for owner's review.
Observe local market trends and competitor promotions in the electronics retail space to help identify new opportunities for increasing sales and visibility.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
Present owner with ideas for promotional strategies, customer acquisition campaigns, and improving overall marketing effectiveness through reports and ROI.
