About the Role
Monarch Health is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Growth Specialist to strengthen our brand, increase awareness of our services, and support the continued growth of our healthcare and home-care programs.
The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, create engaging content, generate leads, and build strong relationships with community and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites, advertising and promotional materials.
Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, community events, promotions and outreach initiatives.
Generate qualified leads and identify opportunities to attract new clients.
Build relationships with healthcare providers, senior-living communities, community organizations and referral partners.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, campaign performance and lead-generation results.
Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, partnerships, and marketing activities.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for leadership.
Ensure marketing activities comply with privacy requirements, company policies and applicable healthcare advertising standards.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Three to five years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, growth or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience with digital marketing, social media management, content creation and lead generation.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building, networking and organizational abilities.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
Experience in healthcare, home care or seniors’ services is considered an asset.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is $60,000–$70,000, based on qualifications and experience.
