About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in-office in Edmonton. This role is central to how we communicate with customers and the public — from answering inquiries to keeping our social media and website content fresh. You'll also lend a hand with administrative tasks to support our leadership team as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants variety in their day-to-day and the chance to help shape the marketing function of a growing company.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer and partner inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms
Write and update articles and content on the company website
Make outbound calls from time to time (e.g., follow-ups, inquiries, outreach)
Assist the leadership group with administrative tasks as needed
Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications and channels
