Job Title: Community Engagement Executive (Community Connect)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience Required: 1–2 years
Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Joining: Immediate
The Community Engagement Executive will be responsible for the implementation and evaluation of community engagement activities at associations and similar communities.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize community engagement activities by working closely with internal stakeholders as well as the representatives of each community.
• Manage various social activities of the community by working closely with the management committees of such communities.
• Identify, initiate, and deepen relationships with various community stakeholders.
• Communicate with Digital Media Executives and update relevant content on social media platforms.
• Generate new business opportunities in other institutions through relationships with alumni from other institutions in existing communities.
• Coordinate with resources within the community and outside to get tasks done for the community.
• Communicate and create brand awareness in the vicinity by holding events.
• Work as per targets given.
General Competencies:
• Passionate about building communities and engaging with people.
• Should have good event management capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local language.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Degree in MSW background, communication, events / B2B sales, or journalism.
• Preferably from a healthcare background.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
