About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Communications & Activation Manager to lead end-to-end brand communication, campaign execution, and customer activation initiatives.
The role will be responsible for managing mass communication, newsletters, social media, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, POS visibility, and on-ground activations, while also designing and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns (awareness → engagement → conversion → loyalty).
This is a high-impact role that directly supports sales growth, dealer engagement, and brand visibility across markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Communication & Content Management
• Plan and execute monthly communication calendars across all channels
• Develop newsletters, product communication, campaign creatives, and announcements
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital and offline platforms
2. Digital Marketing (Email, Social Media & WhatsApp)
• Manage and execute campaigns across:
• Email marketing (newsletters, product updates, promotions)
• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• WhatsApp marketing (dealer, distributor, and customer communication)
• Optimize campaigns through segmentation and performance tracking
3. Campaign Strategy & Funnel Management
• Design and manage full marketing funnel:
• Primary: Awareness & visibility
• Secondary: Engagement & activation
• Tertiary: Conversion & sales
• Execute integrated campaigns across digital, trade, and on-ground channels
4. Customer Activation & Trade Engagement
• Plan and execute:
• Retail activations
• Dealer & distributor engagement programs
• Mechanic / painter / detailer campaigns
• Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives
5. POS Visibility & On-Ground Branding
• Develop and deploy POS materials (banners, standees, displays, etc.)
• Ensure visibility across retail outlets, workshops, and detailing studios
• Coordinate with sales teams for execution and audits
6. Loyalty Program Design & Management
• Design and manage loyalty programs for:
• Dealers and distributors
• Mechanics and workshops
• End customers
• Build retention strategies and repeat engagement mechanisms
7. Conversion & Performance Optimization
• Track and optimize funnel performance from awareness to conversion
• Improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Identify drop-offs and implement corrective strategies
8. Vendor & Execution Management
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, printers, and media vendors
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns
• Manage budgets and cost efficiency
9. Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain customer and channel databases
• Track campaign performance and generate insights
• Prepare reports on engagement, conversion, and ROI
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or brand activation
• Experience in FMCG / Automotive / Retail marketing preferred
