Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing, Branding eCommerce Lead to own the end-to-end customer journey — from brand storytelling and customer acquisition to eCommerce performance and retention. This role is perfect for someone with experience in beauty or lifestyle brands, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited about the potential of AI tools in marketing, personalization, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

Develop and execute integrated brand strategies across digital and physical touchpoints.
Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels and assets.
Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to refine brand positioning and content strategy.
Oversee creative development for campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments — leveraging both internal resources and AI-assisted tools.
E-commerce:

Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory coordinations.
Optimize the Brand journey to improve conversion rates, AOV, and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Customer Service) to ensure seamless site experience.
Performance Digital Marketing:

Lead growth strategies across digital channels.
Build and monitor dashboards to track CAC, ROAS, LTV, traffic, and conversion metrics.
Use data-driven insights to constantly refine targeting, creative, and spend allocation.
AI Automation:

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for content generation, campaign ideation, personalization, and automation.
Pricing and offer optimization
Churn prediction and retention workflows
Build experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, prompt testing, etc.) to validate AI-driven strategies.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies for potential integration into marketing and e-commerce workflows.
Collaborate with tech/data teams to implement machine learning models for product recommendations, pricing optimization, and churn prediction.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
1–6 years of experience in marketing, brand management, and/or eCommerce.
1–3 years of experience in brand management and e-commerce.
Demonstrated exposure to or proficiency with AI tools and platforms (e.g., GPT, generative design, customer insights platforms).
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, etc.).
Hands-on Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
Exceptional project management and communication skills.
Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset and digital-first orientation.
Proven experience in building and growing consumer brands in the beauty, lifestyle, or wellness space.
Nice to Have:

Experience working in a startup or high-growth D2C brands.
Familiarity with AI-powered CRM tools, customer segmentation, and programmatic ad buying.
Understanding of prompt engineering or AI model fine-tuning (for marketing applications).
A passion for beauty trends, consumer psychology, and emerging tech.
