About Us
Multiplier AI is a fast-growing organisation working with leading global pharma and healthcare clients. We are building a high-performance team to accelerate our AI product initiatives and drive operational excellence.
About the Role
We are looking for a full-stack marketing automation manager who can own our brand's presence end-to-end from strategy and content to execution, distribution, and performance. This is a builder's role for someone who thinks in systems, not just posts: someone comfortable stitching together the people, platforms, and processes that make a modern, always-on brand presence run smoothly and scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the brand's presence end-to-end across every channel your audience lives on — planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content that builds a consistent voice everywhere it shows up.
• Design and manage a connected content engine: build repeatable systems and workflows that let campaigns move from idea to publish with minimal manual effort and maximum consistency.
• Identify, evaluate, and set up the right platforms and connected workflows to keep scheduling, publishing, listening, and reporting running smoothly across channels without constant manual intervention.
• Bring channels together into a single, coherent customer journey — ensuring messaging, timing, and creative are coordinated across every touchpoint rather than managed in silos.
• Track performance rigorously — set up dashboards and reporting that turn scattered platform data into a single, actionable view of what's working and why.
• Manage always-on community engagement, responding to audience conversations in a way that's timely, on-brand, and reflects well on the organization.
• Partner closely with design, content, product, and leadership stakeholders to translate business goals into campaigns that are creative, measurable, and on-brief.
• Keep a constant pulse on platform changes, emerging formats, and new tools — proactively bringing in what's relevant and retiring what no longer earns its place.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for paid amplification and campaign support, ensuring efficient spend against clearly defined outcomes.
What We're Looking For
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience running social media and digital marketing for a brand, agency, or startup, with real ownership of outcomes — not just execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously without losing quality or consistency.
• Comfort working with scheduling, automation, and reporting tools, and a genuine interest in using technology to remove manual work rather than add to it.
• A working understanding of how different marketing and communication systems connect — you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be the person who gets excited about making tools talk to each other.
• Strong content instincts — you can write a caption, brief a designer, or shape a campaign narrative, even if you're not the one holding the camera or the design tool.
• An analytical mindset: comfortable reading data, drawing conclusions, and adjusting strategy rather than repeating what's always been done.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to move fast in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter attitude — genuinely curious about new platforms, formats, and tools, and comfortable figuring things out with minimal hand-holding
Why Join Us

• Real career growth and professional development opportunities as the company continues to scale.
