Chief Engineer – Mall

Key Responsibilities
• Head the Engineering & Maintenance Department of the mall.
• Lead technical operations, maintenance and upkeep of all mall equipment and assets.
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Civil systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety, compliance and optimum performance of engineering assets.
• Manage vendors, AMC activities and maintenance teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimum downtime.
• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

Candidate Profile
• Engineering degree/diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar engineering/maintenance leadership role.
• Experience in Malls, Hotels, Hospitality, Commercial Buildings or Large Facilities preferred.
