Job Summary
The Manufacturing Technology Specialist supports the rollout, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Price’s manufacturing technology ecosystem. This includes building and supporting the Manufacturing Engineering Program, supporting ERP implementation and system integration, and driving alignment between engineering, production, planning, and IT systems.
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
Manage and support the Manufacturing Engineering Program, ensuring alignment between engineering standards, production capabilities, and system configuration.
Work within and support ERP platforms (IFS) to ensure manufacturing master data, routing, BOMs, costing, and planning parameters are accurate and optimized.
Support and enhance advanced manufacturing technologies, including:
CNC nesting and programming tools
Robotic systems and automation platforms
Operational data integration and digital manufacturing tools
Develop training materials, SOPs, and documentation to support successful adoption of manufacturing technologies.
Travel to U.S. and Canadian manufacturing sites to support system implementations, troubleshooting, training, and process alignment.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
B.S or Technology Diploma in Mechanical, Computer or Electrical Engineering required
Interest in progressing manufacturing plants for better efficiency, visibility and growth harnessing technology
Understanding of manufacturing processes, routing structures, BOM management, and production workflows.
Understanding of OT infrastructure and integration between shop floor systems and enterprise platforms.
