Learns and achieve minimum one tool/process certification with 100% proficientcy. Able to operate and sustain production effectively and independently. Cultivate right manufacturing culture through good ethic discipline tardiness and teamwork. Execute the proto/production lot with world class cycle time without misprocess. Implementation and execution of SilTerra Quality and Manufacturing system through SDL CADET SPC TEI X-Site FactoryWorks
Responsibilities
Operate maintain and control advanced semiconductor equipment. To achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per wafer. To participate in team oriented continuous improvement. To maximize yield reduce cycle time and increase productivity. To ensure the daily production target is met. To ensure safety housekeeping and discipline in the FAB is followed Perform daily tool QUAL. Execute SERI and TEI. ILP disposition.
