Operations
Translating company strategy into actionable operational plans.
Leading day‑to‑day operations to meet productivity, efficiency, and quality targets.
Driving standardization across both sites while supporting local needs.
Monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions.
Leading change management and supporting growth initiatives, including capacity expansion.
Building and developing high‑performing site leadership teams.
Driving workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Bring 10+ years of operations/manufacturing leadership experience.
Have proven experience managing multiple sites or complex operations.
Demonstrate strong financial acumen and P&L ownership.
Have a track record of driving continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
Bring experience in regulated or heavy‑industry environments.
Be capable of managing priorities and making strong, timely decisions.
Be proficient with tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SolidWorks, Q‑Pulse, etc.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Work in a way that works for you

This role follows general business hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
You will be required to travel to Midland for a few days in a month.
