Overview
Embark on an exciting journey as a Manufacturing Operations Manager Trainee, where you'll develop the skills and knowledge necessary to lead a pipe threading manufacturing facility. Join us to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative setting that values continuous improvement and operational excellence.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Machinist with strong leadership skills to join our team. This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise with operational oversight, process improvement, and team development in a fast-paced machine shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely
Contribute to implementing lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Approve machine documentation, prints, setups, and programs
Participate in quality control initiatives to uphold product standards and compliance requirements
Analyze supply chain data and manufacturing metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Gain exposure to plant management tasks such as safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and team leadership developmentExperience
Demonstrated knowledge of production management principles and manufacturing processes
Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with assembly operations are advantageous
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and teamwork
Assist in the training of CNC Machine Operators and support team development, mentoring, and performance growth
Requirements
Intermediate to Expert machinist experience
CNC programming experience
Leadership and Management experience
Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug and ******* screening and participate in a Drug and ******* free workplace.
