Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead our manufacturing facility in Australia. As a key member of the executive team, this individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations, including health, safety, and environmental matters, financial reporting, and facility operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management, preferably in the commodity crushing and refining sector. They will be required to manage and lead a high-performing team, promote a culture of safety, and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing site capital works, and implementing process improvements to drive operational excellence.
