We are looking for an experienced resource for the role of Manual Test Engineer - Collections in our organization at Mumbai Location.

Role: Manual Test Engineer – Collections
Location: Mumbai (WFO)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Perform Manual & Functional Testing for LMS / LOS / Collections modules
• Prepare Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data
• Execute ST, SIT, UAT, Regression & Retesting phases
• End-to-end testing of Collections workflows – delinquency, DPD bucket movement, reminder workflows, field collections, recovery, allocation, settlement etc.
• Test borrower journey from delinquency → follow-up → recovery → closure
• Log, track and retest defects using JIRA
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams
• Perform SQL-based data validation
• Test mobile apps related to banking & collections
• Ensure complete test coverage and quality delivery
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Manual Testing
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Collections systems/processes
• Experience in LMS / LOS (Loan Management / Loan Origination)
• BFSI / Banking domain experience is must
• JIRA, Agile methodology, and UAT coordination
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Mobile app testing experience (Android/iOS) is a plus
