Job Description:
We are seeking a Mandarin Speaking Marketing Manager to lead our team of account executives at Sinowave Marketing. The successful candidate will not only oversee social media campaign strategies but also be responsible for crafting compelling marketing proposals and leading the execution of offline events. This role is pivotal in steering our marketing efforts to ensure alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Guide and supervise account executives in the development and execution of social media strategies.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing proposals, ensuring they meet client needs and company standards.
• Lead the planning and execution of offline events, from initial concept to on-the-ground management.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of all marketing campaigns to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to ensure cohesive branding and marketing messages across all platforms.
• Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, applying new ideas to future campaigns.
• Act as a mentor and leader within the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing successful social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Strong track record in developing marketing proposals and leading offline marketing events.
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of the various social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and event management practices.

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
