Full Job Description

To develop HR policies, process SOPs, compliance process, grievance procedures and manage HR & IR functions

To review manpower planning and hiring requests. Develop recruitment strategies and onboard employees on time

Accountable for employee welfare measures and on time statutory payment remittances

Monitor employee engagement levels to improve employee involvement & commitment. Reward and recognize talents for efforts and contributions

Maintain Employee files and confidential records are per documentation standards.

To ensure statutory compliance & legal requirements pertaining to Hospital policies, NABH and state laws are met.

Job Description:

Minimum of 10 -15 years’ work experience. Preferably in Hospital Sector

· Work exposure in HR Generalist HRBP roles

Work exposure in PMS, Payroll, Recruitment, Training

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
