Job Purpose
Responsible for adherence to store processes in terms of documentation and systems. Maintain availability of stock at the store while adhering to norms
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
• Monitoring and ensure quality of acquisition through store
• Increasing revenue per footfall by aiding customers’ purchase decisions
• Achieving profitability (Return on investment) targets for the store
• Minimizing losses from pilferage (wastage) and shrinkage (unidentified losses)
• Managing churn and achieve customer satisfaction for walk-in customers
• Ensure appropriate placement of pop-ups and product displays at store and I resolve store-specific issues within specific timelines
• Coach train Store Executives and ensure employee-retention and motivation levels are high through regular reviews and performance streamlining of both on-roll and associate employees
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
• Graduate with PL Management skills.
• 2-3 years of work experience in Retail Industry
• Store Management Customer Relationship Management
