Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in New Delhi at the Scales law firm with flexibility for remote work. The Manager/HR will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in HR management, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
• Experience in the legal industry is a plus
