We are hiring a candidate for the role of Manager-HR & Admin for Kolkata Based Automobile Company. The role & functions will be staffing, payroll, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliances & other HR activities of the organisation.
Job Location: Kolkata (Dalhousie)
CTC: INR 03.60-04.80 LPA (negotiable)
Age: Max 35-40 Yrs (Preferred), Male candidates only
Qualification: MBA in HR
Position: Manager-HR
Reporting: General Manager-HR
COMPANY DETAILS:
The company is working out of 06 locations presently (all in Kolkata). The company is the largest distributor of Maruti India Ltd in Eastern India, with 06 showrooms and 02 large service centres (one of them is the largest workshop in Eastern India), all in Kolkata. There are more than 600 employees working under the direct payroll of the company.
Company current year turnover is over Rs 250 Cr and hopes to achieve a turnover of Rs 400 Cr in the next financial year.
NEED SKILLS:
Candidate should have at least 07-10 years experience in the service industry (Candidate having experience in the Automobile industry may be preferred)
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Conversant with ER and PF practices
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Lead the HR department in an organization with over 300-500 employees for at least 03 years
HR software control (Saral)

Recruitment, Employee relation management, HR MIS, HR Policy formulation and implementation, Implementation of training and Development
Monitor day to day HR team-related activities and execution
New employee induction
Performance Appraisal, Company’s HR events (Picnics, sports etc)
Control & monitor the payroll processing in HR software
