Responsibilities • Supporting business on end-to-end HR for the Investment Banking team. • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment process. • Conducting and facilitating employee onboarding. • Identify TNI and organize learning and development initiatives. • Undertake tasks around performance management and performance appraisals. • Facilitate firm level engagement activities. • Understand and work closely with the business heads.
