Manager, Treasury and Reporting, Front Office Treasury and Reporting

The Treasury and Reporting team forms part of Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk and Transactions Advisory practice and specialises in partnering with Financial Services clients undergoing regulatory or strategic change. We provide specialist advisory support delivered by subject matter experts across three core client offerings: (i) Regulatory, (ii) Data Technology, and (iii) Operating Models, Process Controls.

The Treasury and Reporting team wishes to recruit high calibre individuals across Assistant Manager and Manager levels with skills and experience in regulation, risk management, Treasury, Liquidity, and Capital, which are crucial areas of expertise for delivery of our client engagements. You will deliver client engagements focusing on prudential regulation across Capital and Liquidity, providing in depth skills and expertise in both technical and practical understanding of the regulatory framework, ensuring that we can deliver solution-orientated outcomes for complex regulatory driven challenges in partnership with our clients. The roles will have responsibility for:

Working with a range of client stakeholders, and being seen as a subject matter expert within client organisations and by colleagues, developing and maintaining deep industry relationships and knowledge
Contributing to the development and growth of the practice by sharing knowledge, setting an example, and helping team members to develop through training and talent initiatives
Lead client projects by managing client relationships, developing the scope and engagement plan, managing team members, engagement financials, and overseeing the production of high-quality deliverables
Co-ordinating internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities and supporting knowledge capture and sharing
Establishing and building a network of contacts across Deloitte and peer networks within our clients
Developing proposals for new client opportunities and having an integral role in industry and account teams
