💰 ₹5 – 8 LPA | 5–10 Years Experience

A leadership role for someone who can sit at the intersection of business and technology — translating what the organisation needs into working digital solutions, and managing the team that builds them.

What you’ll drive:

→ Lead the in-house systems & software development team

→ End-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects

→ Gather business requirements & convert them into functional solutions

→ Manage timelines, priorities & stakeholder coordination

→ Identify automation opportunities & drive process improvement

You’re a fit if you:

✅ Have 5–10 years in IT Project Management, Product, BA, or Digital Transformation

✅ Understand SDLC deeply — even if you don’t write code yourself

✅ Are comfortable with Agile/Scrum and modern delivery practices

✅ Can speak both business and tech fluently

✅ Have exposure to ERP, APIs, or AI-assisted development (advantage)

B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, or equivalent. MBA (Systems/IT) is a plus.
