Job description Manager- Retail Channel Sales goEgoNetwork is a leading EV charging infrastructure company based in Pune. We at goEgo Network manufacture Chargers for electric 2-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler, 4-wheeler and Bus. goEgo was established by an insight that most EV infrastructure companies were either corporate dinosaurs of the energy oil industry or spinoffs that lacked the agility and innovation required to build strategic solutions. Our team of charismatic personalities thrives to pioneer a greener and more energy-efficient world in the coming years while goEgo strides ahead with the goal to make an impact on society by building a green brigade. Today our charging stations are installed in 13 states across 60+ cities in the country. Apart from the hardware we also have the software that customers use to find the nearest charging stations and charge their EVs. State of art manufacturing plant having the capability produce all range chargers Key Responsibilities: Role is. based out of Head office and managing Pan India Channel Sales Identify appoint the potential channel partners for Electric Vehicle charger business development and managing them Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the various channel partners. Have a strategic mindset that focuses on long-term growth and achieving volumes Build and promote strong, long-lasting channel partner relationships by engaging with them and understanding their needs. Training, team building, motivation etc Present dealer-wise sales revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Works within a matrix environment to achieve cross-functional strategic goals Develop and implement new sales initiatives, promotional schemes and strategies to capture key customer segments Results-oriented, metrics-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment Work closely with the Marketing team to drive enquire generation and closers. Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners, Dealer stock, and account reconciliations Experience: 5+ years in heading large distributors / Dealer channel sales network is must, preferred handled pan India profile Qualification: MBA.
