Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, staff, customer service, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.
Supervise kitchen, service, and front-office teams.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor sales, expenses, inventory, and wastage.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
Coordinate with management for smooth operations.
Achieve sales and operational targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
