Job Requirements
• Involvement in implementation and Monitoring of NABH Standards / and other relevant Hospital Accreditation & certification Standards
• Coordinating for NABH / other accreditation & certification standards across various departments of the hospital including interacting and Interviewing different stakeholders to ensure compliance of the Accreditation standards
• Act as a liaison between hospital and NABH for accreditation process
• Training of champions, hospital staff for NABH / other hospital wide audits
• Various activities to prepare the hospital for NABH Audit/ other hospital wide audit
• Data Collection, Coordination, Collating, Validating data, applying statistical and quality tools for Quality Indicators with RCA and CAPA for performance improvement for clinical and non-clinical functions
• Conduct Validation studies for Quality Indicators
• Undertake Quality Improvement Projects / Activities
• Identifying benchmarks and standards of international and national level and implementation of these programs
• Internal Assessment as required for various certification / accreditation
• Coordinating & Participating for Internal Audits, Clinical Audits, Patient Care and Nursing Audits including conducting various audits
• Conducting / Coordinate & Participate with stakeholders for Quality Improvement activities including Quality Improvement Projects, Quality circles, 5S, etc.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently across cross functional teams, stakeholders and management team as it relates to all projects and initiatives
• To review various committees recommendations and implementation and reporting the same
• Preparing documentation including SOP
• Conduct Risk Assessment for various departments along with user departments
• Active part of Hospital Quality & Safety teams
• Participate and Support in Hospital & Departmental Accreditations & Certification, where relevant
• Participate and Support the Accreditation process and Quality improvement activities at the Hospital unit.
Graduate with Diploma / PG Degree in Hospital Administration.
Desired candidate profile:
3-5 years of experience in the feilds of preferably Hospital operation / Infection Control Nursing / medical background. Should be well versed with NABH standards.
Individuals possessing Certifications in Healthcare Quality would be preferred.
