Manager - Plant HR

Roles & Responsibilities: Industrial Relations (IR):
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee dispute resolution.
• Liaise with labor authorities, government agencies, and legal consultants as required.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to standing orders and other employment regulations. Human Resources (HR) Management:
• Implement HR policies and procedures to support plant operations.
• Drive recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for plant employees.
• Oversee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Ensure employee welfare, engagement, and motivation initiatives.
• Handle workforce planning and optimize manpower deployment. Compliance & Statutory Management:
• Maintain accurate employee records as per legal and organizational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, Factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, and other labor laws.
• Support external and internal audits related to HR and IR compliance. Safety & Employee Welfare:
• Collaborate with the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team to promote a safe working environment.
• Ensure the implementation of health and safety policies. Administration:
• Oversee facility management, including housekeeping, security, and transportation.
• Manage vendor contracts for administrative services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Ensure proper infrastructure and amenities to support a productive workplace.
• Supervise canteen, uniform distribution, and other employee welfare facilities.
