MANAGER - PERFORMANCE MARKETING
We're looking for a Manager - Performance Marketing, who has prior experience at a digital marketing agency, in driving online marketing revenue for brands. The role will include strategizing, implementing and executing digital marketing strategies to create an optimal mix of online marketing revenue-driving investments. The responsibilities will range from planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing all online performance marketing activities around Paid Search, Organic Search, Email, Marketplace and Affiliate Marketing with the help of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of performance marketing and SEO executives, who handle the organic and paid marketing efforts for our retainer brands.
• Work with the Brand Solutions and Performance Marketing managers to create digital marketing strategies.
• Track and evaluate KPIs of all marketing channels (email, SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, shopping engines, affiliates, referring partners, social, marketplace etc.)
• Lead the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines including researching, growing and optimizing keyword portfolios and bid management strategies and refining campaigns through ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords, etc. Guide the team to conceptualize and implement digital marketing strategies across Facebook and other social media platforms, Google ecosystem, OTTs, marketplace platforms and other paid media platforms.
• Explore affiliate networks to recruit new affiliates and increase engagement for the brands.
