Job Title: Manager Logistics
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 15 years
Reports to: Vice President
Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree, a degree with specialization in SCM will be an added advantage.
Job Summary:
• will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and cost-effective management of the logistics and supply chain operations within the organization.
• Coordination and management of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution of goods.
Key responsibilities:
• Logistics planning & strategy – managing logistics budget
• Transportation Management – Contact with transporters, Good at negotiations, monitoring transportation costs and performance
• Inventory management – Storage, handling and inventory control
• Order fulfilment – safe & on-time delivery
• Adherence to statutory requirements
• International logistics and import / exports regulations
