Work in close co-operation with the Human Resource Business Partners and other CoE functions, ensure that large-scale change management projects are designed and solutioned with focus on organizational capability and performanceImplement organization wide OD/ diversity/ culture programs in partnership with business leadersSupport development of projects end-to-end either directly or through facilitation of external resources/ consultants. Ensure that systematic methods of measuring quality and impact are in placeUse data to identify trends, patterns, issues and opportunities that impact the business. Gathers and analyses data to identify root causes of issues and trendsEnsures knowledge transfer of projects throughout HR, building up sustainability of defined processes across the organizationBasic understanding of contemporary talent management / organizational development concepts including Job evaluation / levelling, career pathing, organization design / structuring, staffing, EVP competency frameworks, org culture, diversity and inclusion, etcProven implementation capability of projects and programs working with multiple stakeholdersAbility to conduct primary / secondary industry benchmarking of HR processes/ practices, and ability to interpret and analyse dataAbility to work in a dynamic multicultural environment, engage with leadership roles and have tolerance to ambiguityExperience and QualificationMBA HR3 years of experience in corporate HR / HR consulting / HRBP roleStrong Collaboration & Team SkillsGood interpersonal and influencing skillsGood presentation and facilitation skillsStrong statistical, analytical, communication, and organization skillsJob Segment: HR, Consulting, HR Manager, Manager, Change Management, Human Resources, Technology, Management
