Job Description
Strategically aligns HR efforts to specific business needs?, including organization assessment and design, team effectiveness, people issues, and trends that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.
Requires building culture that value trust, employee engagement, innovation, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity.
Coaches and develops leaders to deliver people management capabilities, provides organizational insights to make the highest quality decisions, and mitigates operational risk and increase business and HR process/ ER compliance .
Partners with practices and HR shared services to implement effective, business-oriented solutions that meet specific business and Line Leader challenges.
Benchmarking Compensation and incentive programs with our peer group and companies adopting best practices in this space.
Designing and delivering process and policy guidelines for compensation and benefits as well as total rewards strategy including pay mix and pay ranges.
Having a working knowledge of all statutory compliances as applicable by law for pay policies and guidelines.
Leading and driving annual compensation review process across the organization for incorporating market corrections ensuring accurate and updated market data availability.
Oversee normalization/ moderation process and analysing internal and external data to provide meaningful insights that help drive business results.
Qualification And Experience:-
MBA in HR from Tier 1 Campus
1-3Years experience
