Qualifications
Supporting the evolution and execution of Solventum's enterprise talent strategy
Supporting the execution of key talent processes including talent reviews, performance management, goal setting, succession planning, and Workday-enabled Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
Simplifying and strengthening talent practices to improve the employee and people leader experience
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree AND 7 years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness
High School Diploma/ GED AND 14 years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness
Master's degree from an accredited institution
Ten (10) years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness in a private, public, government or military environment
Strong executive presence and experience influencing senior leaders
Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders and priorities
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced environment
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

The expected compensation range for this position is $156,621 - $194,361 CAD, which reflects the anticipated base salary for this role

This role may also be eligible for additional compensation components (e.g., incentive programs) and a comprehensive suite of benefits available to employees in Canada

Talent Strategy & Programs
• Supporting the evolution and execution of Solventum's enterprise talent strategy.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree AND 7 years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness

• High School Diploma/ GED AND 14 years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness
